Early this year Daniel Inskip went out and ran Trent River Falls. Located quite close to Courtenay, BC this is a local swim/cliff jumping spot in the summer.
It has very easy acess, however finding the right flow can be interesting. Have a look at these shots below and remember that there is a twenty foot slide above this.
